We hope that all of our families and community members have found a way to settle into your own new "norm" during this ever-changing time. Remember, our teachers and staff are devoted to our students, their families and our community members. We want to be able to continue on with our school year through remote learning so that our students not only engage in academics, but also continue with the "normalcy" of being a student. That is one of the wonderful differences between this pandemic and that of the Spanish Flu. Today, we have the resources that give us the ability to continue teaching and learning from the safety of our own homes.

We do not want to add any sort of overwhelming element to an already overwhelming situation. What we do want is to ensure that we complete this educational journey we began together!  Under our current Stay at Home Order, we are going to conduct a new weekly schedule that will not only give our students a chance to catch up on missed work but also allows our teachers the opportunity to engage in a full day of remote learning Professional Development.
We know that these changes are both sudden and unfamiliar for us all! We want to make sure that we are able to support our families as best as we can under these new limitations that exist, temporarily.

Beginning Monday, March 30, 2020 our staff will begin their professional development while students can use this day as a "catch up" day, or even a day to connect with teachers and or other staff if other supports are needed. Tuesday through Friday, our students will engage in remote learning. We urge our families to reach out to their students

in order to understand exactly what  that will look like for each of their students. Attendance still matters, but the procedures will be a bit different. Families should have received communication from our Principal about attendance, but if it was missed, you can check it out HERE! Below you will find several other resources to provide an array of supports during this time. Please check them out!
